Experienced Urologist for Piedmont Mountainside Hospital
Quality Care combined with Quality Lifestyle
BC/BE Urologist needed for increased demand to practice in the growing Jasper/Ellijay area. The Blue Ridge Mountains are located just over an hour north of Atlanta, GA. This is a system employed position. We are looking for a skilled urologist with a minimum of 5 years of laparoscopic experience to join one of Georgia's most revered health care systems. Candidate must possess great written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with disorders of the urinary system to achieve optimal quality care in accordance with established standards, practices, policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be familiar with all standard concepts, practices, and procedures of urologic care and be knowledgeable of and follow all applicable CDC, OSHA and HIPAA regulations and guidelines. The position requires a degree from an accredited medical school and current GA medical license. Can expect 10 days of hospital call per month.
